-First day arrived at Cambodia, definitely the different atmosphere.
-same hot weather sun, different rules and regulations.
-I could see people sitting here and there everywhere. It was fascinating, the capture of the Cambodians.
-seems like they don't have much work to do.some of 'em just sitting at the roadside which you would consider 'unnatural' IF you were in Malaysia.
we visited the place of genocide where people were tortured brutally by the communist. They'd been locked in a room, tied with the steel cuff, and sometimes will be hung at the pole to make answer the question and they will submerge the victims in the filthy water (corpse that had been fertilize). I truly couldn't imagine how they would survive in those brutally era. They kept the victims' skulls at the Pol Pot Regim in the remembrance of the people who had been tortured. If I continue to tell about this, I mostly couldn't have a word to describe perfectly. You have to come here and experience it with yourself.
In fact, I am now more understand and appreciate/thankful about my own religion, Islam. Till then, I shall help the team members for charity clothes here, in Kampong Rokapopram. According to my new beautiful friend, Zarina, she said Cham people are Islam.The cambodians are buddhist.
