in my point of view

I think both parties aren't playing the roles. one side is like 'throwing' their problems into other's life while the other side is trying to escape from helping. saying you can't help that much or saying you don't know what to do either is like you aren't helping at all. what are you actually? so, what's the use of having someone that we can lead on if you refuse to help or give any suggestion. Of course things could be also blamed to her cause she's always taking important matters lightly acting like in her own world even though that she knows her hands already tied with the systems, so you gotta swallow and follow. what more rebels that you have? but I don't think that you can throw all the blames to her hundred per cent. I'm sure everybody's got their own problems that sometimes complicated to explain. that's why I think we always need someone that can understand us. Example, we need an understanding classroom teacher to help the students. understand the students' emotions, feelings and problems. but, however, it's ironic. the person who giving a talk about wanted us to be all those holy teachers aren't act like one. in fact, seems like you are one of those people who put 'self-fish-ness' up in the front. it's amusing looking at the situation.  aren't you suppose to help? and by helping I mean, talking like one. giving suggestion at least. how we are going to solve this matter. she talked as if 'I don't know, you solve it yourself, it's your problem. I don't give a damn. As long as I know I'm not going to put myself into this mess'. I know what you just did there. though she's such a pain in the ass but I felt sorry for her. the empathy is in everybody's consciousness right? the way her mom spoke sure there is a sincerity. but, just like I said. both parties aren't playing the roles. her mom spoke as if throwing the problem to us. this is the system. you gotta accept it, no matter how cruel it is. your signature already stayed forever.

although it sad to say but this is the reality. sure is, it can be cruel sometimes.
